A healthcare professional with doctoral and post doctoral training and experience in the following areas: healthcare informatics, healthcare administration, hospital management, higher education at undergraduate and graduate levels and as academic chairperson. An expert in eLearning, web utilization, authoring and publishing with extensive experience in the use distance education applications in higher education.
